The Severn Valley Railway: A preservation feature covering the full line, featuring engines since withdrawn, 600 Gordon on freights, 7812 Erlestoke Manor, 4930 Hagley Hall, 3205, 80079 and the visit of 5051 Drysylwyn Castle, 43106, from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster.

Blue Star and Barry: The famous Barry scrapyard, still full of engines. Blue Star – the start of preservation. Bullied ‘Merchant Navy’ No.35010 departing from Barry and arriving in London.

‘Engine on the Shed’: A 1936 LMS film showing unique rebuilt ‘Scot’, No.6170 British Legion formerly Fury, and here looking like a baby ‘Princess’, with a taper  boiler and a single chimney.

Double header’s on KESR, 31874 and 34016 on the Mid-Hants, ‘Halls’ at Kidderminster; 6960 and 4472 on the main line, and finally, our ‘classic’ closing shot – 777 Sir Lamiel at Dent in the snow!
