Brighton to Bedford Cab Ride

Brighton to Bedford – Thameslink

Departing from Brighton Station, we call at Preston Park,
Hassocks, Burgess Hill, Wivelsfield and Haywards Heath and
proceed to Three Bridges and Gatwick. After the airport station,
we quickly progress onto East Croydon and then to
London Bridge.
Our interesting route takes us to Metropolitan Junction,
Blackfriars Junction and cross the Thames to Blackfriars and the
steep gradient into City Thameslink.
After passing through the lengthy Kings Cross tunnel, we join
the Midland Main Line at West Hampstead Junction and follow
the down fast line to St Albans. Our next calls are at Harpenden,
Luton and Leagrave. We have now changed to another unit here
(No. 319171) so that we can run through Harlington without
stopping. Our route learning service ends at Bedford.
