Cab Ride No 12 – Bournemouth to Weymouth

This dvd, Cab Ride No.12, was recorded aboard No. 33111 on 24th September 1985, hauling 8TC on the 13.19 from Bournemouth to Weymouth (11.35 ex Waterloo).

This was recorded just before electrification commenced on the Weymouth Line. We are grateful to John Merchant of B.R. Public Affairs, Waterloo, for arranging this cab ride and to Inspector George Harrison and all the crews concerned.

Weather conditions were generally good and clear.
