September 2001. A special Anglia Sunday service on the Cambridge to Norwich route which Anglia were about to take over. It departs over Coldham Junction and then through Barnwell Junction, Chesterton

Junction to Waterbeach. We then pass through Ely Dock Junction, Ely station, Ely North Junction, through Shippea Hull, Lakenheath,

Brandon, Thetford, Harling Road, Eccles Road, Attleborough, and Spooner Row. As we reach Wymondham Signal Box we are informed that the barrier had failed at Browick Road level crossing. Our train had to proceed with caution and obey hand signals. Continuing on to Trowse Junction to Thorp Junction and into Platform 6 at Norwich.
